    RICHMOND -- A woman was stabbed three times in the shoulder during an altercation outside a liquor store Friday morning, police said.Police were contacted around 9:58 a.m.

    by a woman at Kaiser Permanente Richmond Medical Center being treated for stab wounds on her right shoulder, Lt.
